Our Studio City location has 23 cameras placed strategically so that we can track every piece in your order as it progresses through each process. This ensures that if a tag falls off, the garment is identified, re-tagged and returned to the right order by 5:00 p.m. each day! Studio City Equipment
Studio City has multiple large machines for laundering shirts and other garments. Each holds 45 pounds of clothing per load. In addition, there is a hand wash station for garments with sequins, appliques and other delicate embellishments or fabrics that require extra TLC.
Studio City also has multiple dry cleaning machines, all equipped to use the GreenEarth Cleaning Process. Each machine can hold up to 40 pounds of clothing, although in winter, they run with smaller loads due to bulkier items like coats.
State-of-the-art machines allow our pressers to complete up to 44 pieces each hour in winter. In spring and summer, the rate per hour drops to about half, as extra time and attention is required for summer fabrics like linen and garments with added detail and design embellishments.
